This is a super simple cake/muffin to make which is very tastey (although indulgent and not particuarly healthy, but every once in a while is ok right?!)
So you will need:
200g dark organic fairtrade chocolate
100g organic butter
4 free range eggs
50g GF flour or ground almonds or half and hald
100g sugar, can replace with 4 tablespoons of agave syrup or use less sugar
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees C.
Heat butter and chocolate in a pan.
Mix up sugar, eggs, flour with a whisk, add chocolate and butter when melted.
Butter the cake dish/ay out muffin cases.
Bake for 10 mins, leave to cool.
