Quick Feta Salad

I can promise that this literally took the same amount of time as waiting for a ready-made microwave meal to heat up. So There’s no excuse for lazy eating, student or not!!

Chop up some plum tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper and feta cheese. Put it all in a bowl, sprinkle on some mixed seeds for an extra crunch and even more nutrients. Add olive oil and vinegar.
