Mackerel and potato Salad with Wild Garlic

This ones dairy free, gluten free and grain free – hoorah!

Garlic
Mushrooms
Non-dairy spread/butter/olive oil

Fresh Greens

New potatoes
Mackerel (I cheated and got ready-to-eat…I was hungry!)
Wild garlic (picked on my home from uni)
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Lettuce
Plum tomatoes
Cucumber
Seeds

Boil your potatoes. Chop salad and wild garlic. Put it all in a bowl together and crumble in Mackerel. Add dalt, pepper, oil and vinegar, also really nice with Tamari gluten free soy sauce actually. Sprinkle in seeds.

Steam greens.

Fry up chopped mushrooms and garlic together.

Hoy it all on a plate and eat up.

Couldn’t be easier!
