Salmon, mash and greens

Nice and easy gluten free, grain free and dairy free dinner.

Tin foil
lemon juice
Olive oil
Salmon fillet
Peas
Broccoli
Potatoes
Goats/almond/cows milk

Put salmon fillet in tin foil, pour over some oil and lemon juice, wrap up and whack it in the oven for about 15/20 mins on gas mark 7. Just give it a prod when you think its done and if it doesn’t look raw and is all hot and kind of falls apart when you prod it then its probably fine…ha this is how I cook.

Steam Broccoli and peas. Boil potatoes then mash ’em with a bit of milk added. Also fried onions and garlic added to mash makes it yummy.
